Terms of service

These Shop Policies and Terms (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the Emanuel website (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through the Site. By browsing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) About the Site

The Site is an online store offering Judaica, art, and gifts designed by Yair Emanuel (the “Products”). We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site at the time of your use is the binding version.

2) Using the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, scrape, harvest, or misuse Site content or data, and you may not interfere with the Site’s operation (including bots, automated tools, unauthorized access attempts, malware, or similar activity).

To protect fair use and service quality, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel orders, limit returns/exchanges, refuse service, or block accounts in cases of abnormal activity (for example: suspected unusual use of a product prior to return, or repeated large orders followed by systematic returns).

3) Products, Images, and Descriptions

Product images are for illustration purposes. Because many Products include artistic and/or handmade finishing, minor variations may occur (including shades, texture, finishing, and small details). We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but unintentional errors can occur. If an error affects your order (e.g., price, availability, or key description), we may correct it and/or cancel the order and refund you.



4) Prices, Currency, and Promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site/checkout. Shipping fees are added at checkout unless stated otherwise. If you pay in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or conversion fees.

We may change prices, promotions, and availability at any time. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when payment is completed. If you used a coupon or discount, any refund (if applicable) will be based on the amount actually paid after the discount.

We collect sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes where required by law. For international orders, local taxes and import charges may also apply as described below.

5) Orders and Payment

An order is considered placed once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation. Order confirmation does not guarantee final stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including (but not limited to) stock availability, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or payment issues. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded to the original payment method.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (for example: credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

6) Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Where We Ship

We ship primarily to Israel, the United States, and Europe. Some destinations may be unavailable. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries/regions. If we cannot ship your order to your destination, we will contact you and cancel the order and refund you.

6.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in shipping information and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processes, holidays, weather, or security conditions.

6.3 Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or handling charges. These charges are assessed by the destination country/carrier and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If a shipment is refused by you or held/returned due to non-payment of import charges, we may deduct any return shipping costs, carrier fees, and/or non-recoverable charges from your refund (where permitted).

6.4 Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier inquiry. Claims submitted long after delivery may be harder or impossible to resolve with the carrier.

7) Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

7.1 Cancel Before Shipment

You may request to cancel an order before it ships. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and refund you to the original payment method. If fulfillment has already begun or the package has shipped, the request will be handled as a return (below).

7.2 Returns After Shipment/Delivery

If your order has shipped, you may request a return after delivery subject to the conditions below. To start a return, contact us through the Site’s customer support channels (including email, the contact form, and live chat). Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

7.3 Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items sent back without a return request/authorization may not be accepted.

7.4 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in original condition,
  • returned with all parts/accessories,
  • packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or inadequate packaging.

7.5 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, except where the return is due to our error (for example: wrong item sent, or item arrived damaged/defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.

7.6 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and availability.

7.7 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return (except where required by law or in cases of defect/wrong item):

  • personalized or custom-made items (including engraving or special orders),
  • final sale/clearance items marked as non-returnable,
  • items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

7.8 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

If your return is not approved, we may return the item to you at your expense (where permitted and feasible).

8) Safety and Product Care

Use Products responsibly and follow basic safety practices appropriate to the item (for example: candles must be used under supervision, on a stable surface, away from children and flammable materials). Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, dropping, or improper care is not covered.



9) Intellectual Property

All Site content (including images, text, designs, trademarks, and branding) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it without prior written permission.

10) Privacy

We collect information you provide for order processing, shipping, customer service, and improving our services. We do not sell personal data. We may share necessary data with service providers strictly to fulfill orders (payment processors, shipping carriers, website platform services) and only as needed. The Site may use cookies and analytics tools; you can manage cookies through your browser settings.

11) Customer Support

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction may also apply and will not be limited where not permitted by law.
