At Emanuel, we are committed to providing an accessible, respectful, and inclusive experience for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We work to make our services accessible in line with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and the applicable service accessibility regulations

Website accessibility

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides accessibility-focused infrastructure and guidance for themes, and publishes accessibility conformance information for certain components (including checkout and common themes).
In addition, we continuously improve our own site content and configuration with the goal of meeting the requirements of the Israeli web accessibility standard SI 5568 at AA level (based on WCAG guidelines).

Accessibility features (we strive to support)

  • Keyboard navigation for key flows where platform components allow (Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter / Esc).
  • Clear structure and readable content hierarchy (headings and consistent layout).
  • Alternative text (ALT) for meaningful content images where applicable.

  • Support for assistive technologies (screen readers), depending on browser/platform capabilities.

Third-party content

Some parts of the experience may rely on third-party components (including Shopify checkout/services, embedded apps, or widgets). While we aim to choose and maintain accessible solutions, some third-party elements may not fully conform in all scenarios.
