Order Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

The following clauses are intended to be clear and practical.
In any case, the relevant provisions of Israeli law regarding distance selling transactions shall apply.

1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment / After Shipment

1.1.1 As long as the order has not yet been shipped, you may request to cancel the transaction.
In such a case, we will cancel the order and issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, provided that the order has not already been transferred for shipment.

1.1.2 If the order has already been shipped, the transaction may be canceled, subject to returning the product and in accordance with the rules governing cancellation of distance selling transactions (internet/telephone), including applicable timelines and conditions for returning the product.

1.2 Methods for Cancellation / Return / Exchange Requests

1.2.1 A cancellation, return, or exchange request may be submitted using one of the following methods:

1.2.2 The request should include: full name, order number, contact details, and the reason for cancellation
(providing a reason is not mandatory in cases of withdrawal, but helps us improve our service).

1.3 Product Return Conditions and Return Shipping Costs

1.3.1 After submitting a cancellation notice, the product must be returned to the business.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

1.3.2 The product must be returned in proper condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

1.4 Cancellation Fees and Refunds

1.4.1 for ecommerce selling transactions, the business may charge cancellation fees of up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100 – whichever is lower, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.

1.4.2 In cases of cancellation due to defect, non-conformity, failure to supply on time, or similar reasons, cancellation fees will not be charged where prohibited by law.

1.4.3 Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law, the original payment method, and the legally prescribed timelines
(including a refund within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice, subject to conditions).

1.5 Exceptions – When Cancellation Is Not Permitted

The right of cancellation shall not apply in certain cases prescribed by law, including (for example) a product manufactured especially for you according to specific measurements or special requirements.
