Delivery
We make every effort to take care of your order as soon as possible. Our working days are Sunday – Thursday, not including Friday and Saturday, and Israeli / Jewish holidays.Delivery is sent via Airmail, which works together with various local mail company around the world (such as USPS, Royal Mail).
Delivery for most countries in the world takes between 7-14 working days. During busy seasons delivery time may be longer.
Shipping is free for orders over $100.
Orders up to $100 will have an additional charge of $15 for shipping.
If you wish to use a faster shipping method we ship with DHL. Shipping takes between 4-7 working days and costs $25.
Please note, that during sales, holidays, special events and bad weather conditions there might be delays in delivery.
Wholesale customers- Shipping charges will be added once the order is prepared, according to weight and volume.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Refund or exchange is within 21 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service (via email or the website) and we will be happy to guide you through the process.
When returning or exchanging, you are responsible for the shipping fees and all other costs (such as customs and tax)
A full refund will only be given if the item is returned with its original packaging and box.
If your item arrives broken or otherwise defective, let us know within a week of receiving your package. Please email photographs of the damaged item so we can see the problem. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement item according to your wishes.
